RWBY OC: Ember Blackburn

Finally, I succeeded at drawing Ember reasonably well! I've tried to do this several times, but all attempts so far have ended in a ball of crumpled paper and crushed dreams. Ember is actually my personal favorite from GRAE, and here are some reasons why: [GRAE SPOILERS AHEAD!]
-Her backstory. While not necessarily "realistic," or "relateable," her story really seems to contribute to who she is as a character.
-She's aware of what kind of person she is. She knows she's survived by stealing, killing, and just a general life of crime. She dislikes her personality just as much as someone who just met her.
-She has a good side, a really good one at that. It can be seen when she defends Azure in Chapter 11 of the first volume, talks with Raven in "DARK: Chapter 7," and comforts Greyson numerous times throughout Volume 2. She doesn't think so, but if someone really got to know her, they would think she's a very kind person.
- Not a reason why she's my favorite, but she reminds me a lot of Touka Kirishima from Tokyo Ghoul. The whole "shorter hair," "tough exterior," "aware of the morality of her actions" sort of thing.
